[SOLVED] BLACK SCREEN PROBLEM NFS HOT PURSUIT 2010 WINDOWS 8.1 PRO [ Edited ]

HELLO GOOD DAY ALL !!!

BLACK SCREEN PROBLEM !! 

I just downloaded NEED FOR SPEED HOT PURSUIT 2010 on my laptop 

previously i had windows 7 and the game was running without any error but today i freshly installed new WINDOWS 8.1 PRO and when i run the game the game stuck at black screen i don't know whats the error i have tried troubleshoot , run program with compatibility of windows 7 but it still stuck at black screen 

i have newly installed windows so i don't know wheather all required programs are installed like MICROSOFT Visual C+++

MY PC SPECS 

RAM :- 2 GB DDR3

HDD : 512 GB

GPU :- INTEL HD 3000 

CPU:- i3-2328(4 CPU CORES) 2.2 GHz

and also DIRECTX 11

Hey @SHIELD413 a black screen generally points to a graphical issue.

after getting no reply i myself SOLVED it !!

if anybody  else is getting error than do this steps

i) Reinstall the game

ii)Reinstall/Update the GPU driver

iii)check whether correct Directx is installed

iv)use latest version of your Windows
