Hi on my moms computer I downloaded Sims 4 and all work well but when I tried to play on MY computer it didn't work!

@maxou215420  It would help to know more about your computer.  (And I can move this thread to the relevant Sims section.)  Does it run Windows or macOS?  If Windows, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post:
