Restricted access mode

Hi! So I opened origin to start playing sims 4. I noticed when I booted up the game the in game origin was off. So I went to the app and it said I’m in restricted mode. I’ve never touched that feature. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and running origin as administrator. I’d love to fix this issue before the holidays.
