Repairs stuck on Resuming

I was playing Mass Effect Andromeda until we had a blackout. After starting my PC again, origin told me that the game needs repairs. It then started to download until around 40% and then started telling me its "resuming" ive been waiting for a few hours now and ive tried restarting or other things
