Hello,
I Checked my origin library to boot up some sims 4 and it seems that i have Rainbow 6 siege in my library. Never bought it and i cannot refund it. in my credit card purchases it shows that there is a payment and i have not bought the game. My son accidentally bought it and i dont know how to refund it. i really need help getting the money back because i have checked time played and it isnt a lot.
