Hi, I keep getting the same error when trying to redeem my store bought games. It says that there is a problem connecting to my account information and that I should Log in and try again.
I have tried logging out and retrying but still gives the same error. I have tried closing origin and reopening it. as well as restarting my computer completely, also tried to redeem a game that I already own to see if it is going to give me a different error but it keep giving me the same error , Please see photo attached,
Edited to remove the attachment, as it contained the actual game code. -puzzlezaddict
