Hi,

 

Recently found my RA3 box. Thought i would install and play again.

 

My problem is, i dont have a CD drive for my laptop. I have tried going to the Origin app and adding it with the cd key but i must have registered it to an old account as it says its in use. Is there anyway this can be reset?

 

I cannot remember the email or password that was used 10 years ago. Is there anyway a support tech from Origin could remove my cdkey from the old account so i can install again with my current Origin account?

 

Maybe there is another work around?

FYI.. if anyone else is having this problem, i suggest contacting support through the live chat feature.
