Stuck on loading screen

I always have trouble down loading game updates for BF 5 . I have sent emails to support for help but have never had any help/reply.

It starts to download the update and within 30 sec's has stopped and I cant get it going again.

it is always this problem, I have uninstalled Origin and reinstall but to no avail.

FKN over it !!
