Purchased game removed from account after Origin Access expired [ Edited ]

bought anthem, then got origin, didn't do the refund,still removed the game.

so a friend bought me anthem for me and said they didn't want to money back so i didn't get the refund, but i got origin access with my own money and then decided i didn't want origin access anymore and suddenly i cant play anthem.

If a game is gifted to you and the gifter opts for a refund the game will be revoked from the account it was gifted to. It sounds like you originally purchased the game though and after signing up for Origin Access the entitlement for it was removed once Origin Access was cancelled. It's tough to say what exactly the situation is here without pulling up your account, but if our team can verify you had a success purchase for Anthem through our Origin store or via code redemption they'll correct the error so you can access the game.
