Promotion code capital letters [ Edited ]

Hello, I got two promotional codes to download Battlefield V and Anthem for free. Those codes contain small letters. However, when I tried to redeem the codes on Origin website and also via Origin Access, the system converted all small letters into capital letters and rejected the codes. I checked my keyboard already. Copied and pasted also did not work. Could you please help to resolve this issue? Thanks
