From what I can see you were in touch with our support via phone. Was the issue resolved or are you still having trouble with the stuff packs?
Hey @KatyHoward96 you should be able to find your product code needed by right-clicking on the game icon in your My Game Library and selecting properties. From here you can then copy the product code and paste it in when needed.
