Product Codes

Last year I bought 3 Stuff Packs for Sims 4. I played them but I recently factory reset my mac and when I went to download the games again afterward, it tells me to enter product codes for each one. I have the receipts for them in my email but where do I get the product codes?

Hey @KatyHoward96 you should be able to find your product code needed by right-clicking on the game icon in your My Game Library and selecting properties. From here you can then copy the product code and paste it in when needed.
