I bought basic membership on origin and was able to play Sims 4 for the last 3 days but now I am unable to play as its asking for a product code which I do not have?

@LibbyRose24 then the basic membership subscribe has expired , so you need to renew the basic membership or buying the game itself .

Hey @LibbyRose24 can you go ahead and open your My Game Library and right-click on your Sims game tile. From here select properties and see if you can copy and paste your product code when asked for it.
