Problem with loging in to origin. [ Edited ]

Every time I try to log in to origin it won’t let me. I also got a sims 4 product code from support already and it won’t work. This all has just been very irritating.

1. Unfortunately I don’t have a laptop. I’ve been logging on from my phone or I tried the PlayStation. And every time I try that game code it says unavailable. It’s just so complicated...
