Pro club character name is currently saying <profane>, falsely banned

Hiya,
My pro club character name has <profane> now as its first name due to a false report i i presume from a player i have played against. When i received the ban on my name my character was called "Nigel Farage". So i don't understand why my name has now been banned on in game matches. I have changed my name since and it still wont work in game. In game i i get a name such as "Lance Jackson" randomly assigned to me. Could this issue please be resolved as i have been falsely banned from using my name and it's ruining my experience with you're game.

When you've got a chance please reach out to the Terms of Service team so they can take a look. They'll need to determine if the ban can be overturned.
