Preorder problem

Hey I preordered fifa 20 on the 30th of July and have the email to prove it, but how come it doesn’t show the date to download it on my PlayStation? Instead it says to preorder it again. The money was taken out of my bank too. I have the email to prove it if it’s needed.

Hey @Ard1n4t0r if you ordered the game from the PSN and are seeing issues with it then you will need to speak with Sony support as we have no oversight on the PSN store: https://www.playstation.com/en-ie/get-help/#!/
