Please Help me solve this problem on Battlefield 3 & 4

Hi,

Please help me solve this issue I have with battlefield 3 & 4. When I want to play multiplayer in these games I choose a server to play, then when I enter the server, the server kicks me out and a small window appears in front of me written inside it "you are kicked out by punkbuster". 

Please can someone help solve this issue and thank you.

Try to reinstall both games and also make sure punkbuster isn't disabled by some other software.

In order to fix this issue @black_angel19999 you need to first ensure that your anti-virus and firewall are not blocking Punkbuster. You can disable both and then start the game again, if it works great, you just need to add an exception for the games to both.

If it does not work can you then ensure that Punkbuster and the various elements are running:

• Hit Windows button and R at the same time
• Type in"Services.msc"
• Find PnkBstraA on the list
• Select both and then hit "Start the service"
