EA has permanently blocked access to Battlefield V online feature of my account. They have falsely claimed my account was involved in cheating.. I've been playing many online titles for many years, many of which have been EA titles going back to BF1942, i have never thought of,attempted or have been accused of cheating. I addressed the issue with support and received a generic scripted template response which stated as follows:
Hello,
Thank you for contacting us regarding the action that was taken on your account.
The action pertains to the following violation:
Promote, encourage or take part in any activity involving hacking, cracking, phishing, taking advantage of exploits or cheats and/or distribution of counterfeit software and/or virtual currency/items
After thoroughly investigating your account and concern, we found that your account was actioned correctly and will not remove this sanction from your account.
Thank you,"
No proof was given of such accusation, this is defamation of character. Where is the server log, screenshots of such incident?
If a thorough investigation was done as claimed (laughs). There would be without a doubt no evidence of such an offense EVER in my gaming history. This is really very pathetic , unprofessional ,poor handling of a longtime dedicated consumers account, instead of actually doing a real investigation or checking for flaws in so called anti cheat systems.
I as a long time supporter of EA titles will use my influence in the gaming community to make sure other gamers/consumers turn to other game titles other then EA for online leisure activities.
I'm sure eventually EA will realize their is a flaw somewhere in their anti cheat system. But by that time many devout gamers would have switched to other gaming titles. Which will eventually lead to the demise of EA for such poor lacking game support.
Solved! Go to Solution.

I got the exact same cookie-cutter response and banned for "cheating" in Apex Legends. I was hacked from 8 different locations with emails to prove it. Their "Hacked" team even confirmed my account was compromised and assured me I would get everything back. Then the ToS team denied my claim TWICE, sending two cookie-cutter emails saying that their "full investigations" were correct and now consider my case closed. I spent $500 on Apex and just lost everything because EA is the worst company in the world.

Sorry to say @KingslayerArya but there is nothing that we can do to assist with ToS sanctions on AHQ. You will need to direct any questions you have to our Terms of Service team using the steps I posted above.

I've been trying for almost two months to get my BFV access restored, and keep getting the same Terms of Service run around. I did find an article from back in June 2019 that EA did experience a security breach. My guess this is all a result of issues on their end and we are suffering for it now.
