Password

I am trying to launch origin and it is saying that a helper tool is needed to manage your games. It asks for username and password. I am entering the same password that gets me access on the origin website and it is saying incorrect password but it is not giving me an option to forget password and I cannot get past this. The password is working when I am logging into the origin website.

Hey @ashmcentee83 you need to open your System Preferences and in Users & Groups ensure that your account is set as an Admin account.

You can then try the game again and if prompted to log into the tool try using your Mac login details and not your Origin details.
