PSN ID and EA account can't be unlinked due to Apex

Hi there ! When Apex came out, I mistakely linked my PSN ID with this "gosthy" EA account (the one I am sending this message with)

The fact is I wanted to unlink those so I can link my PSN ID with my main EA account where I NEVER played Apex, but where I bought other games and have progression on them.

In live chat, someone said me "If you played Apex, we can't unlink because of progression" but I don't care if I restart from scratch.

Do you think if I delete the account, the PSN ID will be unlinked and the Apex progression erased ?

Hey all, for any account issues such as this the best thing to do is to speak with one of our chat support advisers who will be able to advise you further. 

You can contact our live support at help.ea.com.  

To  speak with a chat adviser:

Click on your product Origin

Then select 'PC

Manage my Account'

Can't log in

Finally, you can choose to begin a chat.

My case is somehow confusing and unclear in a way.

So I can not login to my pre-existing PSN account that has been linked to my EA account.So am asking if it is possible for me to create a new PSN account then link it to my existing same EA account.

Pleasehelp me out.

Hey @KNARF863 you can link multiple Gamertags to an EA account but we would recommend that if you have multiple PS4 accounts that you link them to different EA accounts.
