I can't sign into origin in order to download sims 4

I have been having the same problem its so frustrating!

SIms 4 is still free for a few hours but I haven't been able to sign in to Origin for like 2 days now. Can it be added to the library in any other way?

I couldn't log in on the Origin website but once I logged in in the Origin client I successfully got it in my game library.

I think it's worth to mention too that I had to restart client for the download to begin (because it was stuck).

@Doomsayer243, if you are having issues to log into origin.com, please, try to log in using the client instead. You can also try with an incognito window on your browser, or with a different browser.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes

Same here, was getting it for my daughters to play but only GIFTING is an option.   now that the time has passed as well we are out of luck i guess.
