Other Users Are Unable To Search My Name Regardless Of Privacy Settings‎

Other users find nothing when they search my name for add friends,

I have tried changing my name, and tried changing my privacy settings to almost every combination. nothing works

Anyone have any ideas?

I cannot even contact origin support about this because it is such a niche problem

Hi there,

I tried looking you up and found you on the first attempt. However, I can confirm that I've seen similar reports to yours. But at this time, I'm unable to pinpoint why sometimes a user can't be found - we need some dedicated examples to check it out. 

If you notice this happening again for you or your friends, could you please take a screenshot of the search and results? That will help us investigate.
