Origins is just saying "Resuming" on downloads forever

I haven't started Origins in a while to update my games but it's just stuck on resuming Apex and I can't cancel it or start another game. How do I fix this? I tried running as admin and it still is doing it.

Looks like it, I was gonna say no but after about 10 mins the resuming went away. Thanks.
