Origin wont open or uninstall

I cannot open or uninstall the download all I get is an error. I need help.

@WinnTrosity10 me neither, whenever i open the app it won't even load, the screen says "well, that didn't go as planned, origin has encountered an issue loading this page, try reloading it - if that doesn't work, restart the client or try again' and its been like this for weeks, luckily i can still use sims because i have the game in my dock, but the problem is starting to anger me, and this isn't the only problem i've had with origin.

What error are you seeing when you try to launch Origin?

Have you tried clearing your Origin cache to see if that helps at all?
