Origin wont install

When I went to open origin I went to install it but then I came up with an error message. I just recently cleaned out my PC and it shouldn’t have a problem installing I have tried to get rid of origin then get it again and it never worked.I’m upset it isn’t working because I had just bought Sims 4.

Can I ask what is the error message you are seeing? Generally, the errors are quite specific and done in such a way as to make solving the issue easy.
