ive tried updating my origin because of the simple fact for the past 5 hours ive been trying to play sim 4 and when i click the orange button to play it starts to load and goes back the same screen again to hit play....after i have spent alot of money on this game i would expect my things to work properly when i click them i have tried all sorts of things and i am NOT happy!!! who or what is going to fix this issue?!?!?!?!??!?!

I did exactly as told and it didn't seem to work. What did work, though, was when I ran Task Manger and closed an AVG application that the "OriginThinSetup.exe" was running on, It worked right away. Turns out my AVG was just blocking me from downloading Origin. Now I'm free to game and continue buying my Sims Expansion Packs

mine does that to its been :installing latest verison of origin for hours. im just goingto buy the cd because i tried to contact them and let them know and it tells me to connect to the internet and i am obviously already connected
