Origin won't start (screen scale problem)

I have an issue with starting origin (fresh install. 

My setup have two screens, one 4K (main) with 150% scaling  and second, 1080p with 100% screen scale. 

If I start Origin from main screen (shortcut, menu start, steam, or anything, origin show white rectangle and crash after few second. If I start Origin from second screen - works (showing instantly on main screen with super scaled app)! After start, Origin works as usual. 

Anything I change in shortcut about scaling and compatibility options - does not work. Only starts app from second, smaller screen.

I have this workaround but is it annoying.

Check you have are identifying the screens correctly, your 4K display may be your main display but Windows may see it as the number 2 display.

PLugged out second screen. Now, origin crash on one screen setup. This ap is worse than my school apps. 

NOthing helps, any reinstalling, clearing and other magic things. Origin not start. Only way to do it scaling screen to 100%. On 4K monitor. for only one, stupid launcher.and rescaling after every window possiotin, every app is disordered. Great. Before run Sims 4, you need change screen scaling every time beacause origin launcher is piece of junk.
