Origin won't log in

Ever since the Sims 4 update, my origin won't even log in when I enter my information. I didn't even buy the newest expansion pack, and I'm running Mac Catalina. I tried to use the Reset Origin tool and it did not work. I cannot access or play my nearly $1000 of Sims 4 content.
