Origin won't launch (100% CPU usage in background)

Recently installed Origin and am having some issues launching it. On Windows (10) startup, or when I manually launch it, the program will go into the background but also hog a lot of CPU. Running vcredist_x86.exe (in my Origin save folder) then restarting my PC fixes the issues (as someone said in another thread), but I don't really want to have to restart my PC every time I want to use Origin.

Hey @Duko69 sorry to see that you are having issues with Origin.

Did you previously have Origin installed and if so did it run ok?
