@konisawa00 Try running the Origin reset tool for macOS:

And make sure you don't have a proxy enabled. Here's how to check:

If that doesn't help, you can try doing a clean uninstall of Origin. Download a fresh copy of the Origin installer. Be sure to grant Origin all the permissions it requests.

It's also worth clearing the cache for your default browser (and Safari, if it's not your default). Be sure not to preserve data for favorite sites.
If that doesn't help either, do another clean uninstall of Origin and install it into a new user account. Make sure it's an admin account and that its username contains only letters and numbers, no special characters, accents, etc.
