Hi Tom, I'm the net admin for FITES LAN.

It's disappointing to see that this issue hasn't been fixed yet. We here at FITES would never consider blocking your platform, however due to the use of HTTPS for downloads we cannot assure our attendees the same quality of service that they will experience by other platforms at our event. We are very limited in internet bandwidth and rely heavily on our caching system to provide quick access to games that an attendee already owns but had not downloaded or purchased during our event.  

For some groups this is their one time a year to meet up in person. It would be terrible if they couldn't all play their favorite game together because of a slow download.

this is a matter of huge importance! Please EA, use RFC1918 as Riot and others did.

hello can we have an update on this please, it's taking too long! i have over 200 machines, it's a pain in the rear to update using the slow internet that we have available!! please just release a fix ASAP
