@Straatford87we'll have a LAN-Party end of next week - any chance for any updates until then?

Our internet connections aren't super bad, but without caching nowadays games are a killer for almost any line, if you have a few hundres of gamers updating their software. Last year we had ~4.5 TB of gamedownloads (outgoing the cache) within 48 hours.

Great to hear you're working on this! Unfortunately, we're in the same situation: LANparty for 650 people this coming weekend (25th-27th) and not enough bandwidth. (We're going to tell people to download/install everything they can while at home, but historically, that only reaches a small percentage of attendees.)

@gomazvspedro14 @Straatford87 was hoping this change was on delay with the new steam partnership, but game updates appear to be still downloading from origin? example, star wars fallen order was available to download on steam but the latest update was from origin?
