Origin update

So once I open my game which is Alex legends I come up to a text saying origin has an update and to close and reopen it. But after doing so nothing changed. I even uninstalled origin reinstalled it and even to an extent I completely wiped it off my PC but deleting it from the registry but still no use it still pops up and I've tried every option I could find. Please help below is the picture of the error.
