Origin undownloaded

I purchased all my Sims 3 expansion packs and main game, a couple of years ago from gaming stores. I then added them to origin, and no worries. I went to play the game when I noticed all my expansion packs had "DOWNLOAD" on them. I clicked it on all and absolutely nothing happened. It won't redownload them and I don't know why they were un-downloaded in the first place. I'm a little worried since I spent a lot of money for them. Please help :-)

Hey @SHAYECHRISTIELOL

Have you tried to reinstall our Origin client? Don't worry, you will not have to uninstall any games  I also recommend to clear your registry files with CCleaner, before installing our app again. And remember to download the newest version of Origin from our website.

Hi, I appreciate the help but unfortunately, nothing worked. Everything is how It started with and the download button on my expansion packs still isn't working. Any other ideas?

I've also tried redownloading my origin app but it's not working either...
