Origin unable to install

I uninstalled Origin a few days ago and wiped all its contents from my PC as it was not working. Now, I can't install it. When I open the installer nothing pops up, but it can be found in task manager as a "background process". I have tried different versions of Origin and tried many solutions but none have worked. Any help?

It's definitely weird that it would be doing this on a fresh install. I'm wondering if there's something blocking the installer from working. When you have the chance can you try starting up your PC in a Clean Boot to see if that makes any difference at all? If there's something else blocking the installer that my help to get around it.
