Origin stuck "Installing the last version of Origin"

I have a fresh installation of Windows 10 64 2004.

I've tried other troubleshooting threads with similar issues:

Router with all firewalls and anti-virus turned off.

All permissions for all drives are at the highest level possible.

Tried Run as administrator.

Tried downloading full setup version.

Applications manager does not have origin listed.

Origin does not run at startup, and cannot be found as a thread.

I have tried installing on a primary and secondary disk. 

No registry entries are found.

I have read and accepted the EUA before installing.

Please help!

Hey @FuMEfirst, can you ensure that you are running Origin as administrator and that your firewall and anti-virus are not blocking Origin and that you also have the ports for Origin open.

The ports to open are:

• TCP: 80; 443; 9960-9969; 1024-1124; 3216; 18000; 18120; 18060; 27900; 28910; 29900
• UDP: 1024-1124; 18000; 29900

You can also try turning off the routers firewall to see if it helps.

@EA_Darko Please further inspect my note. I have indicated all of those troubleshooting attempts were made. I have no antivirus or firewall running on my computer or on the router, all ports are open, and I am running as administrator. None of these have worked.

Hey @FuMEfirst it would be uncommon to have no firewall at all running on either router or PC hence why I posted the steps above.

Are you able to try a different network to see if you see the same issue as an issue with an installation or update would point to something blocking Origin.

Firewalls were all turned off as a troubleshooting step. Yes, I have tried direct from modem as well as cell phone tethered.
