Origin stuck in offline mode says network connection is poor.

Origin is stuck in offline mode, it loads but only shows gray boxes. What do I do? I have the latest model of the MacBook Air Pro. I've downloaded and redownloaded it multiple times, but nothing works. And my wifi connection is strong, everything else works. please help.
