Origin setup system error

I've been looking for an answer to this for hours. Every other question or answer that exists is about having this issue with a specific game within the origin launcher, and directs me to the program files - not an option when I can't even run the installer for the launcher! Thank you, finally i can get on with it.

Hey @Belfahl can you take a minute to try the following steps:

• Close Origin
• Clean boot your system: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/
• Disable your anti-virus and firewall
• Run Origin as Administrator.

well I'm new to the whole computers business when it comes to gaming so I'm confused on why i have those files but some are 2010 and some are 2013
