Origin servers temporarily unavailable

I’m having the same issue with another Origin account it tells me Origin servers temporarily unavailable but it was saying sign in failure when I try to sign in it won’t let me click on the sign in button it just keeps saying sign in failure I don’t understand why, can you please help me I’ve emailed EA and tried to call not help
