Launcher is so bad. It's way to often * like this happends, EA need to get their * together and join Steam.

Finally got through on EA Help chat, nearly three hours later, and it is completely pointless. They are still insisting that we can access games by launching from desktop. I challenged the rep on this and he said that this is just what they were told to say. I have asked for the status twice and he either won't or can't tell me.

Maybe you can send them screenshots of the Origin library? I've added an attachment with the screenshot of the library and the message in my post. Maybe it helps them.

my sims 4 is not showing up in my game library. when i click on my sims game all my data and packs and everything are gone. been having this issue all day. not sure whats going on but really just want to play my game i hope none of my data or packs are lost forever!!  as a fellow simmer i really am heartbroken that i cant play and make the youtube content that i need to make
