my sims 4 games dissapeared from my origin account

I've been playing the sims 4 with no issues, till I logged in today it says origin server temporarily unavailable and to refresh. I do refresh and it doesn't show any of my games and it suggest that I buy some games, can origin just delete my games that I've paid for? please help

@keanur1 Or at least a launcher that isn't dependent on being able to reach a server. It's not inconceivable that your server goes down once in a while, so build some robustness into your client.

I realize these are special circumstances but as a community or group of customers we need to use this situation to insist and demand that this system needs to change   it is unacceptable under any circumstance that people who bought a product are unable to use it   this is not ok   we paid and own the right to use the product we purchased   that cannot be restricted and inhibited

@lcoll88 I don't know at the moment, but it definitely takes about an hour or more. I suppose due to pandemic it will take less, I promise tomorrow it will be back again.
