Origin online login is currently unavailable after Origin update

Here's temporary fix - download an older version and untick the "always keep origin up-to-date" option during setup

I'm not sure how many people this will help but if you have a USB drive plugged in, try removing it.
I was having the same problem and that's the only thing that ended up working for me.

That only works until you shut off the computer then it will update Origin so you have to uninstall and reinstall the old Origin again. I guess EA is never going to fix the problem.

Let's me guess some one must coded the wrong comparison between DD/MM/YY (Worldwide format) to MM/DD/YY (US format) so clients are denied to log into the server. This is the stupidest bug I have ever seen and why do we have to manually fix this bug by ourselves ?

The update that force everyone in offline mode because of this stupidity is unacceptable. Your QC process must also have an issue.

You have to change your PC time format from DD/MM/YY to MM/DD/YY. Someone must made a wrong comparison between these two formats so the server think you PC time setting is incorrect.
