Can't Go Online. it show every day is "Online login is currently unavailable."

i am in thailand and it happen with everyone in the world?

Hi there,

Are you from Thailand by any chance? If so, that's something we're investigating. Could you please create an Origin Error Report and paste the Report ID in this thread?

Could you please create an Origin Error Report as requested in my previous post? We'll need the Error Report ID to investigate what is happening for you and your friend:

WELL, I CAN'T ACCESS ORIGIN

1. Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin\ in Windows Explorer.
   • Click the Start or Windows button and click My Computer.
   • Double-click your C: drive, followed by Program Files (x86), then Origin.
2. Double-click OriginER.exe to run the Origin Error Reporting tool.
3. Fill in the issue-fields as best you can.
   • If the Origin Error Report is part of an EA Help case, include your Case Number in the Customer Support Ticket Number (Optional) box. 
   • Find your Case Number in your cases on EA Help or inside any support emails we sent you about this issue.
4. Check the box next to I agree to share diagnostic information with Origin.
5. Click Send Report and wait for it to complete.
6.  Write downyour Report ID for safekeeping.
   • TIP: Copy and paste your Report ID into Notepad and save it under My Documents.

@LOVE_LOVE-TH หลังจากผมหาวิธี ทำได้เเล้ว เเต่ต้อง Format เป็น English [US] ถึงจะล็อคอินได้ ครับ ห่วยเเตกมากๆ คำตอบเที่เขาให้มากะเเก้ปัญหาอะไรไม่ได้เลยผู้เล่นต้องหาวิธีเเก้เอง สะส่วนใหญ่
