Just seen on another post that worked for me! Go into your time/date settings. Change the settings to automatic time. Login to Origin and change back!

@LukasBroski GeForce Now does support Apex Legends. If you search it up on the games tab you are able to play it. They do indeed support origin games but only Apex as of now.

Not sure who says EA's support is bad but they called me within 30 seconds of filing a ticket. 

According to their tech support, the Dev team knows it's a problem and is working on it. No ETA but that's understandable because it's software.
