Hi. This worked for me after some trial and error.
1) Kill/stop/close all Origin processes in the task manager;
2) Clear Origin cache (https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/);
3) Uninstall Origin (used CCleaner to do so). I also deleted all Origin registry entries (using CCleaner) after the uninstall;
4) Download the Origin client from the web and install.

What exactly did not worked for you?
Brand new installation on a brand new copy of Win10Pro on a brand new computer and it's doing the thing where it doesn't load any text or pictures.
Deleted cache, rebooted windows, etc.
Im just wondering as this has been happening to me over a week now- are you having issues with it again? Ive never had this happened to me and now I can't get any new games that have been purchased for me to download.
