Your graphic driver is over 4 years old. Here you can find the most recant one.
If that don't helps on its own, there are many "bad_module_info" errors in the DxDiag.
That error can have many triggers, but one of the more common is the full screen optimizations.
I have tried all the suggested things by videos and other people and none of them will work, im not sure what do to and would like any suggestions you have, thanks.
What is the exact problem? (How does Origin look if you try to open it, a screenshot would be nice)
What system are you on?
If PC, create a DxDiag in text file format and post it with your next reply. You can do that with the "Choose file" button at the bottom right corner of the reply window.
What did you tried already?
Is .Net installed properly?
Did you installed the latest Chipset driver from the motherboard manufacturer.
Is the BIOS up to date?
Try this version of the installer, running the OriginSetup.exe as Administrator.
Thank u for ur answer.
.net is installed
I also installed the latest chipset drivers.
i did not update the bios. Not realy good with this stuff...
The new installer could also not help. I noticed that everything concerning origin is taking a lot of time. So everything is loading quite slow.
It said it wasn't a valid update for my system. So I did the update through the device manager. It did update, but there's no change with doing those two things. Still trying to load but no actual loading.
You preformed a compleat clean installation of Windows?
I can't see your exact Motherboard typ in the DxDiag. Are all other drivers from the Vendor site installed?
If you prefer to do the troubleshooting in German, I can move your post to the german section.
What OS do you use?
You used this version of the installer running it as Administrator?
