Origin is stuck on loading screen, help?

Hello, So it's taken me some time to find this thread but this is a problem I've had for a little over a week now where the page now allows me to log in but now it won't load.

I hope you can help!

• Delete file openglblacklist.json from C:\Program Files(x86)\Origin\platforms folder
   
• Completely clear those folders: 
  C:\Users\YOUR_USER_NAME\AppData\Local\origin\origin\cache\QtWebEngine\Default\Cache\ and <C:\Users\YOUR_USER_NAME\AppData\Local\origin\Web Cache\

This worked for me.  Make sure you empty recycle bin as you go and if you can't delete certain folders because they are "in use", make sure you end ALL origin tasks in the task manager and then delete.

I have cleared the cache. I have uninstalled it and deleted it from the trash. I have re-installed it multiple times and still get the same problem. Sometimes I can log in but nothing happens. I've just spent $60 on DCL for Sims 4 and now I can't use it. I can't even send an error report to EA because I'm on a Mac and it only works for PC. Very frustrated.
