Origin Client Not Loading

I did this and my client still doesn't load. I have a brand new pc I installed the Origin client on and it doesn't work.

@UnicornSnot11 Go to documents>Electronic Arts>Change name for Sims 4 folder
Go to Origin app>Application settings>Install and saves>disable Cloud save

Application settings will be available in the Origin menu on top left corner (

To restore progress
Go to Documents>EA>Sims4_OLD>copy Save folder
Paste to Documents>EA>Sims4

I did the exact steps in the right order like 10 times only today. And I even tried to uninstall Origin and reinstall it with the beta versions. And when it didn't work I tried to do all the steps in order again, but nothing worked. What else can I do?

Go to documents>Electronic Arts>Change name for Sims 4 folder
Go to Origin app>Application settings>Install and saves>disable Cloud save

Same thing happening to me. I tried deleting the cache and restarting my computer, still won't load.

It still didnt fix the problem i just got the green bar like if you downloading something from google chorme but it still jut give the basic like only the orgin and the tabs above i cant click anything only that
