Origin Won't Load Fully

If I do all that, does it delete my sims and everything I've done in the game???

@LoneWolf0700 Clearing cache won't delete your progress.

You can also try to Reset the game.


Go to documents>Electronic Arts>Change name for Sims 4 folder
Go to Origin app>Application settings>Install and saves>disable Cloud save
Application settings will be available in the Origin menu on top left corner

To restore progress:
Go to Documents>EA>Sims4_OLD>copy Save folder
Paste to Documents>EA>Sims4

I'm having the same issue, already cleared the cache, what is the next step because that didn't work.

I have just encountered this problem, and the easiest way to get it to work again is to uninstall and reinstall Origin. 

I did this, and first try it loaded up like normal.

Yup, I ended up uninstalling and now it works fine. So I guess that is what people should do if the cache clearing thing does not work.

I'm having the same issue. I've tried clearing the cache, I've tried running as administrator, and it still isn't working.

In that case @sydneylauren92 can you go ahead and reinstall Origin to see if that fixes the issue.
