Is .Net installed properly?
Did you installed the latest Chipset driver from the motherboard manufacturer.
Is the BIOS up to date?
Try this version of the installer, running the OriginSetup.exe as Administrator.

Thank u for ur answer.
.net is installed
I also installed the latest chipset drivers.
i did not update the bios. Not realy good with this stuff...
The new installer could also not help. I noticed that everything concerning origin is taking a lot of time. So everything is loading quite slow.

It said it wasn't a valid update for my system. So I did the update through the device manager. It did update, but there's no change with doing those two things. Still trying to load but no actual loading.

You preformed a compleat clean installation of Windows?
I can't see your exact Motherboard typ in the DxDiag. Are all other drivers from the Vendor site installed?
If you prefer to do the troubleshooting in German, I can move your post to the german section.
What OS do you use?
You used this version of the installer running it as Administrator?

I use Windows 10 on a HP laptop. I'll retry dling the origin setup and doing it again. But if it was the one you linked a couple of pages back that was the one I did.
